The City of Tupelo, MS is soliciting information from qualified vendors to provide and install a Point of Sale (POS) system for our premium seating and concession areas in the BancorpSouth Arena & Conference Center. It is desired that the system should be easily scalable so that it can be installed in phases if needed and also self‐deployable if required. The solution must be very portable and mobile so that units can be easily moved from location to location and work within environmentally challenged areas that may have very poor connectivity and in some cases no connectivity.
All proposals shall be submitted on or before 4:00 p.m. May 25, 2021. Proposals should be
marked with RFP 2021‐013CO on the outside of the package. Official RFP specifications and
related documents may be downloaded from www.tupelomsbids.com and are also available on
file in the City of Tupelo Purchasing Office. RFP specifications and related documents from the
Purchasing Office will be furnished upon request to the City of Tupelo Purchasing Agent, Traci
Dillard at (662) 841‐6456 or at traci.dillard@tupeloms.gov.
